Ronaldo and Carvajal recuperate ahead of Champions League final
Cristiano Ronaldo and Dani Carvajal trained alone at Real Madrid's Valdebebas training ground as they attempt to recover in time for the clash with Liverpool.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Dani Carvajal are stepping up their recovery from injury in an attempt to reach full fitness ahead of the Champions League final against Liverpool on 26 May.

According to the club, Ronaldo trained indoors after suffering an ankle injury in the process of scoring for Real Madrid in El Clásico on Sunday. Carvajal, who picked up an injury in the Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich, was out on the pitch working one-on-one with club medical staff.
