Despite the concrete details relating to the meeting still not revealed, the key players that will compose the 2018/19 season squad were on the agenda with Tuchel naturally anxious to know if he can count on the services of Neymar next season at Parc des Princes.

PSG president Al-Khelaifi spoke to the media following the Rennes Ligue 1 match and was adamant that the Brazilian will remain in Paris.Neymar will stay, that's a 2.000% guarantee”. Both the club and Qatari owner Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani have become heavily involved in the current situation and are determined to retain the Brazilian and have informed Tuchel as much.
