Zinedine Zidane welcomed the pair back to training following injury, in plenty of time for the Champions League final against Liverpool on 26 May.
Real Madrid prepared for their final LaLiga match of the season with Cristiano Ronaldo and Dani Carvajal back from injury.
Ronaldo and Carvajal could face Villarreal
Carvajal suffered an injury in the Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich and has been slowly working back to full fitness. The right-back has been working alone on the grass for over a week and took part in a full training session on Tuesday.
Ronaldo returns to the fray eight days after suffering an ankle injury in the process of scoring a goal in El Clásico.
Zinedine Zidane now has all of his players fit and available to face Villarreal on Saturday.
Carvajal and Ronaldo could both start that match at la Cerámica in order to increase their match fitness ahead of the Champions League final against Liverpool the following weekend.
