Barcelona set their sights on Eden Hazard - reports
According to reports in Catalunya, the Chelsea forward is keen to play Champions League football next season and Barça have been secretly working on landing him.
Eden Hazard features on the front cover of one of the Catalan dailies this morning. According to Sport, the Belgian is top of Eric Abidal's transfer list and Barcelona's Technical Secretary has been working with discretion in a bid to being one of the star's of this year's World Cup to Camp Nou. Real Madrid are also believed to be interested in the 27-year-old.
Hazard keen on playiong Champions League
Hazard won't be playing the Champions League next season and that is a key factor in his wish to move on from Chelsea to pastures new. Barça want to take advantage of the situation to make Hazard one of the big signings of the summer and part of a formidible frontline including Messi, Suárez and Coutinho.
