Update:

Neymar Jr may still be allowed to leave Paris Saint-Germain. This is the word coming from reports on Spanish programme El Transistor who cite a source from the Federation of Qatar.

Mbappé no, Neymar maybe

On the Onda Cero show they confirmed that PSG would block any move from a club to prise young French star Kylian Mbappé away, however, the same could not be said for the hypothetical transfer of Neymar to Real Madrid. Instead of the club blocking the Brazilian's departure, this decision would be left in the hands of new manager, Thomas Tuchel.

According to the report, the German coach does not value the Brazil forward as highly as the recent World Cup winner, Mbappé, and could be willing to open the doors to a move if he can find appropriate replacements. One of the names mentioned was Juventus' Paulo Dybala.
