Real Madrid round-up: International duty, Vinicius, Lopetegui, Champions League...
The latest Real Madrid news as the club's players prepare for the new Uefa Nations League competition and the possibility of Vinicius returning to Brazil.
Uefa Nations League
The new UEFA competition gets underway this evening with four key Real Madrid players in action tonight as Gareth Bale represents Wales as they face Ireland in Dublin. Toni Kross will be on duty for Germany as they face World Cup champions France where Varane is expected to start. Finally, Uefa Player of the Season, Luka Modric will be in action in for Croatia as they face Portugal in a friendly game in the Algarve.
Vinicius
The Brazilian player is still generating headlines with speculation emerging that the striker could force Real Madrid to let him return to Flamengo if he fails to secure a place in the first team, as stipulated in his contract. It also appears that the teenager will not play in away games for Real Madrid Castilla so fans hoping to see him in action this Sunday at Adarve may be disappointed.
Training

The Basque coach will draft in a series of Real Madrid Castilla players to ensure the first team players available are able to participate in a practice session.
