Boca Juniors players tear-gassed after bus windows broken
The Boca team bus was bombarded by objects en route to the Copa Libertadores final second leg at River Plate's Monumental stadium, with players vomiting after being affected by tear gas.
The Boca Juniors' team bus was flooded with tear gas after having at least three windows broken en route to River Plate's Monumental stadium, where the second leg of the Copa Libertadores will be held this evening, Saturday, with kick-off planned for 21:00 CEST, though after the disturnbances this is being reviewed.

Several of the Boca Junior players are said to have been badly affected by the tear gas, with Boca Secretary General Christian Gribauldo saying also that some have been cut by glass from the smashed windows, and that they are not in "any condition to play". The presidents of Boca and River are meeting in the Monumental to decide what how to proceed. Boca have asked, as a minimum that the game is delayed.
Boca Juniors' bus attacked
The Boca team bus was held up by River fans as it approached the stadium, with reports from local media suggesting there was limited security outside the ground for the arrival of the away side. The bus was then subjected to a hail of objects, which succeeded in breaking at least three windows.
According to local media reports, tear gas made its way into the Boca Junior bus through the broken windows, leading to the players having trouble breathing.
Boca Juniors secretary César Martucci said that as far as he was aware the tear gas that made its way inside the bus came from the police who were trying to control the fans.
Further reports suggest that the driver of the Boca Juniors bus nearly collapsed upon arriving at the Monumental due to the effect of the gases, while some of the players were said to be vomiting, with Tévez, Wanchope y Espìnoza among the worst affected.
