Real Madrid's Isco seemingly confronts crowd in CSKA defeat

Isco was seemingly involved in an angry confrontation with the Bernabéu crowd as Real Madrid fell to a heavy Champions League defeat to CSKA Moscow on Wednesday.

"What do you want? - Isco to Bernabéu fans

After seeing a shot deflected behind by a CSKA defender early in the second half, the Spaniard approached referee Artur Soares Dias to complain about the match officials' failure to award a corner, before apparently turning to the Madrid fans and shouting: "What do you want?"

Fans respond by whistling Isco

A section of the Bernabéu support responded by whistling Isco, whose team-mate Marcelo later revealed that the midfielder turned down the captain's armband when the Brazilian was replaced by Dani Carvajal later in the match.

Madrid's heaviest home defeat in Europe

Goals by Fedor Chalov, Georgiy Schennikov and Arnor Sigurdsson earned CSKA a 3-0 victory that was Madrid's biggest ever home defeat in European competition.
