Club World Cup: Real Madrid fly to UAE ahead of Kashima semi
Real Madrid left the Spanish capital this morning as they embark on their attempt to clinch back-to-back-to-back Club World Cup titles.

As they bid to win the FIFA Club World Cup for a third successive year, Real Madrid this morning flew out to the United Arab Emirates, where they will begin their campaign at the semi-final stage on Wednesday.

Madrid will face Kashima Antlers in Abu Dhabi after the Japanese side - who Los Blancos beat in the 2016 Club World Cup final - saw off Mexicans Guadalajara 3-2 in the second round yesterday.
Benzema, Asensio doubtful after picking up injury issues
Having come away from last night's unconvincing 1-0 LaLiga win over Rayo Vallecano with injury problems, Karim Benzema and Marco Asensio are both doubtful for the Kashima clash.
