Former Real Madrid player, Pedja Mijatovic, spoke to El Larguero on Cadena SER and analysed the club's lack of fortune after their defeat to Real Sociedad at the Santiago Bernabéu on Sunday night along with Bale's injuries and Isco's place in the squad.

"In the league, we haven't done much and there's very little that we can do," he said. "With 10 points, it's impossible and we have to concentrate on other competitions. It's practically impossible to be champions."

On Solari doing a Zinedine Zidane and winning the Champions League, Mijatovic says, "To repeat it two times is complicated. With Zidane, they won the Champions League on penalties. Imagine if they lost that final. Zidane had a closeness with the players and they reacted. This Madrid doesn't transmit that same confidence. Solari has done good work and they want to but they can't."

Bale and his injury frustration

"I like him as a player but as a leader, he doesn't do it," he says. "The fans are tired of too many injuries and lost games. They want the player to play all of the games and to be a big leader, that's something small. You have to see what decisions they make but he doesn't give me confidence."

On Isco, the former Real Madrid players says, he should be concerned for his place too. "You can't count on him but not 100%. If I was him, I would be worried."
