Long-term admirers Juventus have reportedly made contact with Isco's representatives with a view to a summer move for the out-of-favour Real Madrid midfielder.

Italian media outlet Sky Sport claims that Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici has sounded out the player's camp over his willingness to swap LaLiga for Serie A next season, with the journalist Gianluca Di Marzio declaring: "Never have the conditions been as good for getting this deal done as they are this year."

Juve expected to adopt similar strategy to Cristiano deal

Bianconeri coach Max Allegri is said to be enthusiastic about the idea of Isco arriving in Turin in the close season - but, says the newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian champions' plan for now is to play a waiting game.

Just as they did when luring Cristiano Ronaldo from Madrid in a sensational 117-million-euro swoop last year, Juve intend to use the player's unhappiness at the Bernabéu to strengthen their hand in transfer talks come the end of the season.

Isco has fallen down Madrid pecking order under Solari

That strategy depends on how the second half of the season pans out for Isco, who has started just twice for Madrid since Santiago Solari's appointment as coach in October. If his situation doesn't improve, Juve are set to be ready and waiting.
