Fully rested Messi returns to the squad list for Girona trip
With Dembélé still out injured, Valverde has called 19 players but omitted Jeison Murillo. Sergio Busquets returns and Boateng has been included again.
Now fully rested after sitting out the midweek Copa del Rey quarter final against Sevilla, Leo Messi returns for LaLiga. He was also on the bench against Leganés last week but makes the squad list for tomorrow's trip to Girona. Sergio Busquets returns too but there is no place for Ousmane Dembélé, who remains out injured, or Jeison Murillo, who picked up a booking against Sevilla in the Copa. Recent arrival Kevin-Prince Boateng maintains his place in the list.
