Midfielders: Nani (Orlando City), Ezequiel Barco (Atlanta United), Pity Martínez (Atlanta United) and Jonathan dos Santos (LA Galaxy),

Players like Bastian Schweinsteiger (Chicago Fire), Josef Martínez (Atlanta United), Diego Valeri (Portland Timbers), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City) and Tyler Miller (LAFC) were left out of the starting MLS All-star lineup.

Frank de Boer's Atlanta United provides the most players for the starting squad with a total of four, followed by Bob Bradley's Los Angeles FC with three.
