Cristiano gifts Dolores Aveiro 100,000 euro car for Mothers' Day
The Juventus player's mother, who suffered a stroke in March, was pictured posing in front of a spectacular Mercedes and thanked all of her sons for their presents.
Cristiano Ronaldo and his brothers showered their mother with presents on Mothers' Day, although out of all of the gifts Dolores Aveiro received, there was one which stood out - a spectacular car which she showed off on Instagram. "Thank You to my sons for all the presents I received today. Happy Mothers' Day to all mums everywhere", she wrote as a caption to a photograph of herself holding a huge bouquet of flowers and stood next to her new car which was tied up with a red bow.
The Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupé which Cristiano bought his mum is priced at around 100,000 euros. The Juve player wanted to treat his mother to something a bit special on the first Mothers' Day since she suffered a stroke exactly two months ago back on 3 May. Thankfully she is now on the road to recovery and wrote a message to thank well wishers after spending a couple of days in hospital: "It was all just a shock, I'm fine - I've been very lucky".
In the photograph which Dolores uploaded today, another car which Cristiano gave her as a present for her 62nd birthday in December 2015 can be seen in the background - a white Porsche Boxster which retails for upwards of 60,000 euros. It's clear that the Juve star doesn't mind splashing out when it comes to buying presents for his family and friends - he has already gifted his mother a house and a private island as a wedding present for his agent Jorge Mendes.

Cristiano and his partner spent the weeknd exploring parts of the Portuguese island with Cristiano Jr - something which they are now able to do seeing as lockdown restrictions have been relaxed. The three of them enjoyed being out in the open air, close to nature on a beautiful sunny day - a moment they shared with a picture on Instagram. They visited Punta de San Lorenzo, on the north east coast, some 40 kilometres from Funchal, known for its breathtaking volcanic formations and sculpted cliffs.
"Discovering my island inthe best company", Cristiano captioned a photo taken with his son. Georgina uploaded six photographs and a video as a memento of a nice day out: "Punta de San Lorenzo" was her simple caption.
