But he's not facing a fine for being out taking his Ferrari, which has a top speed of 299km/hr (186 mph), for a spin against coronavirus lockdown rules, or for driving too fast. Instead he's facing a financial penalty for not having the car registered.

Swedish Transport Agency officials explained that the car hasn't been registered since 30 March and it is illegal in Sweden to drive an unregistered vehicle, with the sole exception of taking it for an inspection to register it.

Zlatan bought open-top Ferrari, one of only 499 in the world, for his 38th birthday. He is spending his time in Sweden with the Italian league suspended due to Covid-19 (Serie A is planned to get underway on 13 June).

Zlatan uncertain on future

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is unsure what his future holds amid reports he will leave AC Milan at the end of the season and possibly retire.
