All the information you need to know on how and where to watch Chelsea host Atlético Madrid at Stamford Bridge (London) on 17 March at 21:00 CET.

Chelsea will welcome Atlético Madrid in their Champions League second leg match with a 0-1 lead from their first encounter that gives the English team an important advantage to advance to the next round.

Then all eyes were focused on Olivier Giroud, as the French forward scored a spectacular goal that gave the win to Thomas Tuchel’s men in Budapest.

Unbeaten with Tuchel

The former Paris Saint-Germain boss remains unbeaten in 12 games since he landed in London, winning eight and drawing the other four across all competitions. Chelsea are sitting fourth in the Premier League with 51 points, with no chance of winning the competition, as leaders Manchester City have 71 points.

Meanwhile, Atlético looked to be cruising towards the LaLiga crown since the beginning of this campaign but Diego Simeone’s men seem to have lost their winning flow in the most important moment of the season.

Atlético need to score

'Los Colchoneros' are still leaders in the domestic competition, with 63 points, four more than Barcelona and six more than neighbours Real Madrid.

They haven’t lost in their last four matches, but they lost what probably was the most important match to date against the 'Blues' in the European competition and now they need to score at least one goal to have any chance of progressing.

Chelsea without Mount and Jorginho

Chelsea won’t have Mason Mount and Jorginho, as both picked up bookings in the first leg, so Mateo Kovacic and N'Golo Kanté could take their spots.

Tammy Abraham and Thiago Silva might not be back in time to play against the Spanish team, but what seems quite sure is that Christensen, Rudiger and Azpilicueta will feature from the start.

Olivier Giroud could also be in the starting lineup, as he proved decisive in the first encounter, while Marcos Alonso and Callum Hudson-Odoi are candidates to feature in the wing-back positions.

No injury headaches for Simeone

Simeone doesn’t have injury issues for this crucial match. Trippier will make his return in defence and Simeone may not make many changes and stick with a similar lineup than the one that played against Getafe last weekend.

Renan Lodi and Mario Hermoso could have their chance in the backline. Saúl Ñíguez will feature from the start alongside João Félix, probably replacing Yannick Carrasco.
