Confederation Cup quarter-final draw throws up some alluring fixtures
The Confederation Cup quarter-final draw was held at CAF headquarters in Cairo with Raja vs. Orlando pirates expected to be the fiercest clash of the round.
CAF staged the Confederation Cup and CAF Champions League quarter-final draws on Friday at their headquarters in Cairo. The draw produced some fascinating fixtures which African football fans will certainly enjoy.
Morocco's Raja Casablanca, who finished the group stage with a top marks - winning all of their six games and scoring 13 goals are set to take on group A runners up Orlando Pirates of South Africa who lost top spot in their group after a last-minute defeat to Enyimba on Wednesday.
Nigerian side Enyimba who secured the top spot of group A are set to clash with last year's runners-up Pyramids of Egypt who are qualifying for the second time to the quarter-finals in their second participation. The Egyptians lost last year's final to RS Berkane 1-0 after delivering a magnificent debut campaign that will never be forgotten.

The first leg games of the round will be held on 16 May while the return leg fixtures are scheduled for the 23rd of the same month.
