The Floyd Mayweather - Logan Paul fight is more than three weeks away, but the buzz continues to grow. Today it was Jake Paul who took to the press, making headlines by antagonizing Floyd Mayweather in the lead up to the boxers June 6th bout.

Jake want a crack a Mayweather in an official fight

If there’s one thing the Paul brothers are good at it’s creating a buzz. They are internationally famous because they know exactly how to draw an audience. They have made a career on social media knowing all the right buttons to push to provoke clicks and draw a crowd.

Recently influential brothers have moved from the social media world to the sports world, and seemed to have merged both fan bases with them to create a super storm of media attention.

Paul and Floyd already involved in a minor scuffle in Miami event

The last we saw of Jake Paul was in an event held at Hard Rock Stadium last week promoting the fight between his brother and the undefeated legend. Jake snatched the a hat of the head of “Money” Mayweather which sparked a melee that eventually got the Youtuber banned from next month’s fight.

Paul spoke to The Sun earlier today, and confirmed that he was hoping to get a crack at the undefeated boxing champion after the fight between Logan and Floyd, and would want both his and Pretty Boy Floyd’s undefeated records to be contested.

Paul is undefeated in his first three matches

"I want legitimate pro fights that are sanctioned, I want to build my pro record.” Said Paul who has a 3-0 record in his short boxing career. "I don't think Floyd would actually fight me outside of an exhibition as he doesn't want to risk his record.”

Mayweather is a perfect 50-0 since turning pro in 1996, and despite not having fought an official bout since 2017 against Connor McGregor he is the heavy favorite against Logan Paul.

Jake finished by saying, “Maybe if we can come to some kind of agreement around that, I'd fight Floyd. But I'm not doing like the circus, exhibition s—."
