Clippers vs Jazz Game 2: How and where to watch
The Utah Jazz are up a game to none after a series opening win over the Los Angeles Clippers. Game 2 from the Vivint Arena will tip off at 10 PM ET/ 7 PT.
The top seeded Utah Jazz will host the Los Angeles Clippers in second game of the Western Conference Semifinals. The Los Angeles Clippers lost their first road game of the post season in the series opener from Salt Lake City.
Jazz comeback from a sluggish 1st quarter
The Clippers jumped out to a 12 point lead after a long Jazz scoring drought in the first quarter. Utah battled back and made a big comeback in the second half of Game 1 and led by 10 with 5:22 to go in the 4th quarter. Kawhi and company fought back to give themselves a chance in the final possession.
Rudy Gobert made the defining play when he blocked Marcus Morris’s game tying effort as the shot clock expired.
Mitchell with 32 in the 2nd half
Donovan Mitchell, who said he was feeling nauseous and light headed in the first 24 minutes, came to life in the second half. He scored 32 of his 45 points in the final two quarters and led the team with the best record in the regular season to a Game 1 win. Jordan Clarkson and Bogdan Bogdanovic both had 18, and the Serbian hit a big three pointer late in the fourth.
Kawhi was limited to 23 points, and Paul George followed closely with 20. They will need more from their duo tonight if they are going to even the series at a game a piece.
Utah fans back in full force
The Vivint Arena was at full capacity for the first time since March of last year. The full house certainly had an impact in the game especially in the late moments of a tight game. Except another full house tomorrow night from Salt Lake City.

The second game of the Western Conference Semis between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Utah Jazz will take place on Thursday, June 10th at the Vivint Arena. The game gets underway at 10 PM ET / 7 PT.
