PSG confirm signing of Donnarumma

Paris Saint-Germain have announced the capture of Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma on a free transfer. The 22-year-old, who won Player of the Tournament as Italy won Euro 2020, has signed a five-year deal with the Ligue 1 club, having left AC Milan this summer following the expiry of his contract at the San Siro.

Inter move to fend off Liverpool for Barella

Nicolò Barella is believed to be on Liverpool's wish list this summer with the Reds prepared to splash out as much as 60 million euros for the midfielder according to some reports. But Italian media responded to those claims by saying that Inter are working on a new deal for the 24-year-old. They want to offer Barella, a member of Italy's triumphant Euro 2020 side, improved wages and extend his contract which is due to expire in 2024.

Cristian Romero, United's second option if Varane deal doesn't materialise

Manchester United have Juventus defenderCristian Romero in mind if their plan to sign number one option Raphael Varane falls through. The 23-year-old Argentine centre-back spent last season on loan at Atalanta where he made 42 appearances in all competitions and scored three goals. He is valued at around 30 million euros although according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve might ask for a fee closer to 45 million.

Theo Hernández is happy at AC Milan and the Italian club is delighted with him. But that hasn't stopped rumours of a possible change in the defender's situation. Recently, AS reported about PSG's interest in Theo and that was backed up today by Tuttosport who claim that the French side are willing to pay 40 million euros for him - double what Milan paid Real Madrid for Theo two seasons ago.

However, such a deal going through seems unlikely. Milan are reinforcing their squad with the intention of winning Serie A this season and going far in the Champions League.

Nedved confirms Juve interest in Locatelli

Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved has hinted that Manuel Locatelli, one of the revelations of Euro 2020, could end up joining this summer. Juve have not entered into negotiations with Sassuolo for the 23-year-old midfielder who is valued at 35 million euros although Nedved added that there is plenty of time to discuss a deal.

Liverpool turn down chance to sign Kabak

Liverpool have decided against paying Schalke 04 the 10 million euro asking price for central defender Ozan Kabak, Goal's Neil Jones reports. The Turkey international joined on a six-month loan in January and made 10 Premier League appearances for Jürgen Klopp's team, nine of them in the starting XI.
