Mexico vs Honduras: times, TV and how to watch Gold Cup 2021 online

All the information you need on how and where to watch the reigning champions Mexico face Honduras in the quarter-final of the Gold Cup match on Saturday.

Mexico-Honduras (2021 Gold Cup)

Reigning CONCACAF Gold Cup champions Mexico face Honduras in Glendale's State Farm Stadium (Arizona) on Saturday night with a place in the semi-final on the line.

'El Tri' are firm favorites to retain their title and 1981 champions Honduras will be looking to deliver the first major shock of the competition.

Speaking ahead of the clash, Mexico manager Tata Martino stated: "there is no room for error and there is much room for improvement. We are facing a complicated opponent and one who we played recently and they held us to a 0-0 draw in Atlanta. We believe that we can dominate and impose our style of play", analyzed Martino in a video-press conference.

Honduras manager Fernando Coito won't be on the bench to oversee 'La H' after his positive covid-19 case was confirmed three days ago with the head coach still being forced to isolate. Honduras' medics have confirmed that his case will have little impact on the team with 80% of the squad and backroom staff being vaccinated.
