Paco Jémez could be lining up a move to Major League Soccer
There are three teams in MLS who are looking for a new manager and as the season is coming to an end they want to start their new project as soon as possible.
Spanish coach Paco Jémez is looking for a new challenge and Major League Soccer could be his next destination.
Three teams looking for a manager
The 2021 Major League Soccer regular season is coming to an end and only 14 teams will qualify to the playoffs and the rest will go on vacation. Also three clubs parted ways with their respective managers and they are looking for the right man for the job to start planning for the next campaign.
Former Rayo Vallecano manager Jémez gained experience in North America when he coached Cruz Azul in November 2016 and led the Liga MX side to their first playoff appearance in three years. One year later he decided not to renew his contract with the team from the capital and returned to Spain.
The attacking minded coach could be on his way back to North America and according to Marca, several teams in Major League Soccer have contacted him to talk about the 2022 campaign. The three teams that could land the Spanish manager are FC Cincinnati, Real Salt Lake and FC Dallas.
