Who Plays NFL Week 9?
This Sunday we will be doing live text coverage of two NFL week 9 games here on AS English! The Cowboys will face off against the Broncos alongside an interesting showdown between the Patriots and Panthers. Be sure to join us as we take you through the action play by play!
Cowboys vs Broncos
Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott was sideline for their last game. The question on everyone's mind is how will he do? Having seemingly recovered from his calf strain, the 'Boys' will be looking for a repeat of his season opening performance when he threw for 403 yards and three touchdowns. On the other hand the Broncos are have only allowed 17.1 points per game making them quite the defensive machine. That being said they recently traded one of their main defensive weapons in Von Miller who is now with the Rams. Expect Dallas to try to capitalize on that fact as they look to continue their season average of at least 35 points per game.
Patriots vs Panthers
With both teams quite adept in the running department, you can expect them to try to nullify that side of each other's games placing the weight on the shoulders of their respective quarterbacks Carolina has made a point to do that effectively this season while the Panthers will have to face up to the prospect of a very able Mac Jones. New England will be encouraged by the fact that P.J. Walker will likely be the starter with Sam Darnold in the concussion . Walker has at times been prone to mistakes when he forced to make plays.
