Nelly and Ashanti continue to spark dating rumors after the pair were spotted attending a star-studded party together on Wednesday night.

The pair arrived at Tao Group Hospitality executive Jon Schwartz’s big 40th birthday party at the New York nightclub Marquee.

They weren’t the only big names to attend the event, as The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart and Alex Pall, Pauly D, Brody Jenner, Chantel Jeffries, Giancarlo Stanton, P. K. Subban, Busta Rhymes, and Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns were all there as well.

Guests enjoyed dinner at Tao Downtown before heading to Marquee for a night of dancing.

Although the two attended the event, Nelly found time to perform some of his hits for the attendees. Nelly sang ‘Hot in Herre’ and ‘Flap Your Wings’, with Page Six reporting that Ashanti enjoyed herself while taking in the songs.

“They were smiling at each other nonstop,” an insider told the outlet. “They were super cute.”

Although Nelly performed at the event, the kept a low profile for the most part after that.

“They were keeping it very cute and not heavy into the PDA,” the source added.

Nelly and Ashanti add to dating rumors

This latest appearance comes after Nelly and Ashanti sparked dating rumors when they were spotted holding hands at a boxing match in Las Vegas last month.

“Nelly and Ashanti are back together and both of them are very happy,” a source later told Entertainment Tonight.

They were also seen dancing together onstage back in December 2022 when they performed their song ‘Body On Me’.

“My reaction was, ‘Wow.’ It was a lot of comments and a lot of people wanting [us back together],” Ashanti stated when asked about the performance while on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’.

“What I will say is, we’re in a better place. You know, ‘cause before, it was like [mimics fighting],” she said. “But we’re cool now. Yeah, we have some conversations, you know. So it’s cool.”
