Bad Bunny is reportedly renting one of the most expensive apartments in New York - if not the most expensive.

The New York Post reported earlier this week that the Puerto Rican singer, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, has signed a lease on a luxury penthouse in West Chelsea.

According to the media outlet, Bad Bunny is paying $150,000 a month to rent the four-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex, whose sale asking price is $18.5m.

New York’s most expensive rental?

Per New York Magazine, the 29-year-old could well be renting the priciest apartment in the whole of the Big Apple.

Several experts have told the publication that they are unaware of any more expensive rentals available in New York when Bad Bunny took on the lease last week.

There are very few apartments in the city that are rented out for over $100,000, New York Magazine also reports.

4,500 square feet, panoramic views

Bad Bunny’s new apartment has 4,552 square feet of interior living space, in addition to 4,593 square feet of open-air space and a 32-foot private swimming pool.

It boasts sliding glass walls that offer spectacular views of the New York skyline.
