Cheetah rescue center names two cubs after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce “The two have become nearly inseparable”
The love story between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is beginning all over again thanks to the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have not only become a power couple in the celebrity world, but also in the animal kingdom, it has been revealed by People.
Rescued cheetah cub named after Taylor Swift
A cheetah cub rescued from the illegal wildlife pet trade by the Cheetah Conservation Fund was named after the pop superstar and moved to Cheetah Rescue and Conservation Centre in Somaliland. And, as was the case with her human counterpart, the furry T-Swift has found a friend with a familiar name in her new home.
Four more cubs, all siblings, were saved in similar circumstances and introduced to cheetah Taylor, who immediately formed a special bond with one of the males. You can probably see where this is going…
There was, of course, only one name that could possibly have been given to the new arrival, and staff at the Cheetah Rescue and Conservation Centre didn’t disappoint.
Taylor Swift meets Travis Kelce...on the savannah
Travis Kelce cub is said to be “playful, confident, and has a winning streak,” according to the center, which some might say is a reasonably accurate description of the Kansas City Chiefs star.
At a Cheetah rescue center, a baby cheetah named Taylor has formed a strong bond with another rescued cub named Travis Kelce.

“Not only is cub Taylor Swift thriving, it looks like we have a little love story unfolding on the savannah,” the center staff added. “The two have become nearly inseparable - grooming each other, napping side by side, and occasionally partaking in friendly roughhousing.”
We wouldn’t dare speculate on how much “friendly roughhousing” goes on between the human Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, although they too have certainly been “nearly inseparable” ever since they got together before the start of the 2023 NFL season.
