Noelia Voigt was crowned Miss USA 2023 on Friday, earning herself a place at Miss Universe 2023 - and a number of deluxe prizes.
On Friday, Utah’s Noelia Voigt was named Miss USA 2023, becoming the first ever Venezuelan-American to win the beauty pageant.
Voigt took the title at this year’s contest in Reno, Nevada, ahead of Hawaii’s Savannah Gankiewicz and Wisconsin’s Alexis Loomans, who were first and second runners-up, respectively.
She will now go on to represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2023 contest later this year.

In addition to securing her ticket to the global beauty pageant - and receiving the Miss USA crown - the 23-year-old is to pick up a package of deluxe prizes.
According to several reports, Voigt will pocket a six-figure salary as Miss USA 2023, as well as being handed the keys to a condo in Los Angeles and a new car.
She will also receive a wardrobe’s worth of designer clothes, and be given free access to numerous skin and hair treatments favoured by the stars.
Who is Noelia Voigt?
Voigt was born in Venezuela, before being brought up in the US, where she began taking part in beauty pageants at an early age.
Voigt has a passion for interior design, which she chose as her university major, and has worked with the One Love Foundation as an advocate for dating-violence awareness and prevention.
She is also a keen volleyball player, and has published an anti-bullying children’s book, Maddie the Brave.
“Miss USA needs to represent every community”
“As a bilingual Venezuelan-American woman, I plan to connect with that community of people, because the United States of America is a diverse country,” Voigt said on Friday.
“A Miss USA needs to be able to represent every community no matter their background, their race, their ethnicity, anything.”
When and where is Miss Universe 2023?
Miss Universe 2023, which will involve contestants from 80 countries, is to be held in El Salvador on 18 November.
The winner will be crowned by current Miss Universe holder R’Bonney Gabriel, who is Voigt’s predecessor as Miss USA.
