Kylie Kelce responds to controversy over her Super Bowl photo and Jason Kelce’s reaction surprises
On an episode of her new podcast, Kylie Kelce sparred with her husband, former Eagles star Jason, about a recent viral image.

In a light-hearted exchange on her new podcast, Kylie Kelce sparred with husband Jason over her chips-eating technique, having gone viral for tipping a bag of Cheetos into her mouth during this month’s Super Bowl.
“I do love Cheetos”
When she launched the podcast “Not Gonna Lie With Kylie Kelce” in December, Kylie pledged that she would be “armed with one mic and zero f*cks”.
And the former college hockey star stayed true to that mission statement last week.
She adopted an unrepentant tone as she defended herself over the widely-shared image from Super Bowl LIX, in which she can be seen voraciously consuming Cheetos during the Philadelphia Eagles’ victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
“I do love Cheetos,” Kylie told Jason, an ex-NFL player who retired in 2024 after a 13-year career with the Eagles. “They’re a delicious, crunchy snack. Salty. There’s no notes.”
“Cut out the middleman”
Kylie not only went on to explain that the down-in-one style is her preferred technique for eating Cheetos - or any other “bagged item” - but also noted that her hands-free approach at the Super Bowl was further motivated by hygiene concerns.
“If you catch me eating any type of bagged item in public - Cheetos, chips, any of it - I will be dumping it into my mouth from the bag,” the 32-year-old said.
“First of all, cut out the middleman. Second, I didn’t have an opportunity to wash my hands. My germaphobia said, ‘Dump it right in.’”

“You have some very weird eating habits”
In response to Jason’s suggestion that people normally resort to such a consumption method only at the very end of a bag of chips, Kylie declared: “I know what you’re saying, but no.
“Sometimes I will crunch up Doritos so that they slide out of the bag into my mouth in a nicer fashion.”
“But the Dorito whole chip is like the best part of opening up the bag,” Jason replied. “You have some very weird eating habits. Between that and cereal, I think you are just very misguided in a lot of your junk food eating habits.”
“Yeah, but you married me,” Kylie retorted. “So… Sucker!”
When did Kylie and Jason Kelce get married?
A communications major who graduated from Cabrini University in 2017, Kylie married Jason the following year, having met the former Eagles center on the dating app Tinder.
The couple jointly runs a foundation, (Be)Philly, which seeks to improve the lives of youngsters in Philadelphia.
Kylie and Jason have three daughters together, and in November announced that they are set to welcome a fourth baby girl into the world in summer 2025.
