Travis Kelce’s acting summed up in 3 words by Adam Sandler
Winning multiple Super Bowl rings and dating one of the biggest music stars on the planet, yes, but when it comes to comedy, where does the Chiefs man rank?

Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end, is no stranger to the spotlight. Whether he’s making game-winning plays on the field or capturing the interest of Swifties off it, Kelce has proven he’s got plenty about him. And while his team recently suffered a painful 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Kelce’s ‘other’ ventures are keeping him firmly in the public eye, including one with a certain Adam Sandler.

How Adam Sandler described Travis Kelce
In August 2024, Sandler dropped a bombshell: a sequel to his 1996 cult classic Happy Gilmore was in the works - and Travis was set to make a cameo in it. Sandler, during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, couldn’t stop gushing about Kelce, commenting on both his handsome looks and his comedy value.
And then on Sunday night, while at Saturday Night Live’s 50th Anniversary Special in New York, the popular comedian gave a simple three-word description of Travis: “funny as hell!”

Kelce’s excitement for the project is no secret. Earlier in 2024, he expressed his eagerness to join the Happy Gilmore sequel during an episode of his New Heights podcast, saying he’d take on any role just to be part of an Adam Sandler film. With Sandler’s glowing endorsement, fans are already buzzing about Kelce’s performance.
