Scorsese has described Frankenstein in glowing terms: “It’s extraordinary and very moving; a remarkable feat. A great opera.” He added that it felt like something he had “dreamed” about and that “we are very fortunate to have Guillermo del Toro.”
After a theatrical run in cinemas around the world, Frankenstein arrived on Netflix in October, where it quickly became one of the platform’s most talked-about prestige releases.
