Meghan and Harry producing two new shows with Netflix

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Netflix have confirmed that two new series will be released later this year as of their overall deal with the streaming service.

Update:
Meghan and Harry are producing two new shows with Netflix

Harry and Meghan are set to be back on our screens again later this year following the success of ‘Megan and Harry’ and ‘Heart of Invictus’ after the couple and Netflix confirmed that two new nonfiction series are in production as part of the ongoing overall agreement with the streaming service.

Following their move to the US in 2020 after stepping down from royal duties, the couple set up Archewell Productions, which they claim via the website is “dedicated to illuminating thought-provoking and diverse narratives that underscore our common humanity and celebrate community”.

The first series will be overseen by Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and it is set to be a celebration of the happiness that can be derived from the simple things in live such as, cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship. The series is directed by Michael Steed (My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown) with Megahan on board as executive producer for Archwell.

The second series is set to offer exclusive and never seen before access to the world of professional polo, with much of the footage shot the US Open Polo Championship in Florida. The series sets out to showcase the underbelly of the sport, which is known for its social scene but also shine on a light at the pressures and demands of competing at the highest level.

Prince Harry and Meghan both act as executive producers and with both shows are in the early stages of production, release dates and the definitive titles are set to be announced in the coming months.
