Add Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick to the list of names that can’t get enough of Miley Cyrus’ hit track ‘Flowers’.

The song continues to be a bit for Cyrus after topping the Billboard Hot 100 for a third week, which covers its entire run on the chart so far.

The run means the song has matched Cyrus’ previous three-week rule with her 2013 hit, ‘Wrecking Ball’.

In fact, according to Luminate, ‘Flowers’ had 48 million weekly streams in the latest tracking week, after posting 59.7 million and 52.6 million streams the previous two weeks.

That means it’s the first non-holiday song with three consecutive weeks of 40 million streams or more since Olivia Rodrigo did so over a four-week period (May 29-June 19, 2021) with ‘Good 4 U’.

Bacon and Sedgwick cover ‘Flowers’

Kevin Bacon, who is no stranger to posting covers on his social media account, recently posted a rendition of ‘Flowers’ with wife Kyra Sedgwick on social media.

“I usually try to buy @kyrasedgwickofficial the flowers, but looks like she’s got that covered. Thanks @mileycyrus💐 #GoatSongs. And thanks @angiealaska for the screaming goat,” wrote Bacon.

Bacon is often joined by his beloved goats in his videos, but Sedgwick stated they wouldn’t be part of their latest cover video.

“We’re not with the goats, but we’d thought we’d try a goat song anyway,” she said before getting into an acoustic version of Cyrus’ smash hit.

Although Sedgwick said the video would be goat-free, they managed to make an appearance during the chorus, which prompted the 57-year-old to hold up a little goat figurine that let out a scream.

Bacon and his farm friends began using the #GoatSongs trend back in 2020, when he began singing with them in order to keep busy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the end of 2022, he even shared a compilation video of all the laugh out loud moments with his goats that fans didn’t get to see on his social media account.
