Reports say multiple documentaries being filmed about Diddy and recent case

The continuing legal battle involving Diddy is set to be documented in multiple films by several production companies.

Numerous insiders in the entertainment industry have revealed to TMZ that teams from various production companies in Hollywood and the UK are rushing to create in-depth documentary features capturing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs legal troubles, with events such as civil lawsuits to federal raids ramping up the interest over recent days and weeks.

The production pace for the majority of the documentaries accelerated immediately following the raids on his Los Angeles and Miami homes. P Diddy made the news late last month when his house was raided as part of a federal investigation amid allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking, with Homeland Security agents entering his properties.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide more information as it becomes available,” the government agency said through a statement.

After the raids, with Diddy’s location unknown, TMZ tracked his private jet, a Gulfstream 5, to Antigua in the Caribbean.

Which companies are recording Diddy documentaries?

This development in production is not unexpected, considering that the federal search warrants were executed live on television, turning the events into a national media spectacle and prompting widespread attention as to how the story will end.

TMZ say that up to 5 possible documentaries are in the works, and that at least one is underway courtesy of ABC News Studios for Hulu, plus a few more from UK production companies.

They also write that the companies have reached out in an attempt to secure interviews with people such as Aubrey O’Day, ex-security guards, former assistants, and his ex-girlfriends, including Cassie, who sued Diddy before settling out of court.
