These are the names of the main celebrities cited in the complaint against Taylor Swift
A new lawsuit has been filed in which a woman has named Taylor Swift in a case of breaching copyright law.

A woman has filed a lawsuit regarding copyright infringements in which she has cited celebrities such as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and Elton John.
Kimberly Marasco, an artist from Florida, filed the lawsuit against Swift, songwriters Jack Antonoff and Aaron Desner, Universal Music Group, Inc. and Republic Records back in February of this year. She claimed that artists have copied her work without appropriate credit.
She argued that Swift, along with long-time collaborators Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner, had taken too much inspiration from her work in their production of songs and videos from the Swift albums Lover, Folklore, Midnights and The Tortured Poets Department.
For example, she argues that the song “The Man” contains original expressions from her poem "Ordinary Citizen."
Plaintiff claims Swift stole her Musk idea
She also names Chaka Khan in this example, comparing the poem to Chaka Khan’s “A Woman in a Man’s World.” Beyoncé’s “If I Were A Boy” is another piece of work alleged to have taken inspiration from the poem.
Perhaps the strangest part of her lawsuit is where Marasco references a poem she wrote about the unelected White House official Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency in the US government, tasked with cutting jobs for thousands. She had shared the piece—titled Elon=MC2—on X, explaining that it portrayed Musk as a “genius.”
The complaint draws a parallel between Marasco’s poem and a lyric from Taylor Swift’s song Mastermind, which includes the line: “To assess the equation of you.” According to Marasco, likening a person to a mathematical equation is “eerily similar” to her own depiction of Musk in the poem. Make of that what you will.

Swift’s new song "thanK you aIMee“ has been a huge hit with fans, who believe that the record is actually a reference to Kim Kardashian, the former wife of Kanye West, the rapper with whom Taylor Swift had a media-fuelled ‘feud’ due to West’s inappropriate behaviour during an awards ceremony. However, Marasco believes the song is also about her: “If only a few people will know who she is referring to, then obviously it cannot be solely about Kim K,” the exhibit stated.
