What surprise songs did Swift perform?

Swift performed ‘Wonderland’ from her 2014 album ‘1989′.

“I don’t know why, but I really wanted to play this one tonight. I haven’t played it in a long time” Swift said, introducing the song to an eruption of cheers from the crowd.

“I kind of based it off of – sort of a twisted ‘Alice in Wonderland’ kind of vibe.”

The 33-year-old singer then traded her guitar for a piano to perform ‘You’re Not Sorry’ from her 2008 album ‘Fearless’.

Swift releases new vinyl record

Saturday, April 22 marks 2023′s Record Store Day. The annual celebration honors independent record sellers with many Hollywood artists releasing vinyl records on the day.

This year, Swift joins Elton John, Pearl Jam and U2 in preparing a special vinyl release.

The ‘Anti-Hero’ singer is set to release 75,000 vinyl records of her 2020 studio album ‘Folklore’. The album featured collaborations with Aaron Dessner from The National, Justin Vernon from Bob Iver, and Jack Antonoff from the Bleachers.

In 2022, Swift had sold the most vinyl records in the United States with over 1.695 million copies, according to Billboard.

Record Store ambassador Jason Isbell emphasized his belief that vinyl records assert a deeper relationship between artists and their fans.

“I feel like it involves people more in the process of listening to music and understanding just the overall creative statement that the artist is trying to make,” he told Variety.
