Update:

On Tuesday, Oasis announced they will be reuniting for a 14-date tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland in the summer of 2025, when they will play their first concerts since splitting in 2009.

Where and when are Oasis’ comeback gigs?

Their comeback tour will begin in Cardiff in Wales on July 4, 2025, where they will play two gigs. They will then put on four dates each in their hometown of Manchester and Wembley Stadium in London, followed by two nights each in Edinburgh in Scotland and Dublin, Ireland. Their last show of the tour will take place at Croke Park in the Irish capital on August 17, 2025.

Tickets for the events will go on sale at 9am UK time (4am ET) this coming Saturday, August 31, and can be bought on ticketmaster.co.uk and gigsandtours.com. Ticket purchases will be limited to four per person.

Oasis tease return to the United States

According to a statement on the Oasis website, “plans are underway for OASIS LIVE ‘25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year,” which is likely to mean some North American shows at some stage.

Will the UK and Ireland concerts be on TV?

A post on Oasis’ social media accounts says the gigs will not be televised, and reports say the group have no plans to make any new music, which means concertgoers will have to make do with the old classics, including ‘Wonderwall,’ which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 1996.

They have, though, announced they will celebrate the 30th anniversary ‘Definitely Maybe’ with a new edition of their debut album, including previously unheard and abandoned versions of songs, as well as outtakes from the definitive album sessions.
