Amazon offers $25 flights for students: How to get your airline ticket
Are you a student with an active Amazon Prime membership? You could be awarded a domestic airline ticket that only costs $25. Here’s how you can claim it.
As the holidays approach, the number of flight reservations increases. In an attempt to help students afford the high prices of plane tickets, Amazon and StudentUniverse- a travel booking platform for young people and students- have joined forces to offer flights that only cost $25.
This promotion, dubbed “Amazon Prime Student members, home for the holidays,” offers round-trip domestic flights in the United States with discounts of up to $500.
“As travel costs continue to rise, we are pleased to help make flying more affordable for Amazon Prime Student members who want to spend this important moment with family and friends,” said Amazon executive Carmen Nestares in a statement.

The promotion will be available for three days, but only for a limited period during the day. All you need to qualify is to be a student, have an active Amazon Prime Student membership and enter the Prime Student x StudentUniverse site, from Dec. 5 to 7, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Only 1,000 flights will be given each day, so we recommend that you enter the website early in the morning, since the promotion is subject to availability.
If you are part of the lucky 3,000, you must book your flight from the StudentUniverse platform. It is worth noting that the offer only applies to one-way flights between December 8 and 25, while the return dates range from December 8 to January 14, 2024. Participating flights are basic economy fare.

The maximum discount rate is $500 for the $25-fare promotion. In the event that the ticket price exceeds the value of the discount, the person will have to pay the difference. Recipients should also note that the promotion does not include additional expenses, such as baggage fees.
