Aubrey Plaza’s husband, Jeff Baena, has died aged 47.
Reports say that Baena was discovered by his assistants at around 10:30 a.m. local time on Friday, Jan. 3.
First responders were quickly called to the scene where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
How did Jeff Baena die?
Early reports suggests that Baena committed suicide.
Baena was born and raised in Miami. He moved to New York to attend University before living in Los Angeles graduating to begin his career in entertainment. His most prominent work was co-writing the 2004 film I Heart Huckabees starring Jason Schwartzman.
Plaza and Baena met in 2011 and began dating, and it was in 2021 when they tied the knot. As of yet, Aubrey Plaza has not made a public appearance or comment on the death of her husband.
