Good news for Cava customers: The restaurant chain is opening 60 new locations in 2025
The popular Mediterranean restaurant chain is set for nationwide growth with new restaurants opening across the US.

Cava, the hugely popular Mediterranean restaurant chain, is set to expand its brand exposure across the United States with the opening of 60 new locations in 2025.
This expansion follows the hugely successful launch of 58 new restaurants in 2024, a move which catapulted their popularity across the States, with plenty of customers immediately holding it up as one of the favoured food spots in the country.
The ambitious move will take the total number of restaurants to 367, spread across 26 states and Washington, D.C.
According to a report from USA Today, the company, who style themselves as serving “flavor-packed Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, helping people eat well and live well”, have a goal of reaching 1,000 locations by 2032.

‘CAVA invites its new neighbors to the table for a free meal’
“Our category-defining Mediterranean concept has received a warm welcome in every community we’ve entered and grown in, and we’re excited to bring our vibrant flavors and hospitality to Indiana with the opening of our first Fishers location,” Brett Schulman, Co-Founder and CEO of CAVA said in a statement. “We look forward to welcoming the Hoosiers community to our table as we continue delivering on our mission of bringing heart, health, and humanity to food.”
The restaurant highlights in the statement that it is keen as a brand to give back to the community, explaining that "CAVA invites its new neighbors to the table for a free meal, accepts donations to support a local cause, and matches those donations up to $1,000" while also adding that “CAVA donated fresh meals prepared throughout the restaurant’s training period to local community members”.
For their workers, they offer free mental health support as well as other benefits that include paid time off, healthcare, early wage access, and an Employee Assistance Program.
