Harry Potter follows in the footsteps of The Lord of the Rings
The saga based on the novels by J.K Rowling is reportedly close to reaching television in the form of a new series.
In the world of cinema, there are many sagas that have ended up conquering a world audience. One of them is Harry Potter, with the movies based on the novels by J.K Rowling, and which became some of the most acclaimed, being able to generate more than $15,000 million and making the author the person with the ninth highest annual income in the world in 2005.

The films starring Daniel Radcliffe as the protagonist boy wizard continues to accumulate fans throughout the length and breadth of the globe. And the golden project is reportedly now about to take another step, with British newspaper The Daily Mail has stating that Warner Bros plans to create a series as a sequel to the story.
Harry Potter sequel series
The merger of Warner Media and Discovery brought with it new plans for the company, especially based on ideas from its director, David Zaslav, who is said to have closed off the return of the world of Hogwarts six months ago. With the help of Rowling, with whom a meeting is set for the coming weeks, they hope to give birth to the project to grow this universe focused on magic.
This would mean a change from the big screen to television, and a new commitment to this successful saga after the reunion between Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, of whom it is unknown that they may be participants in this plot.
A path that has already been followed by other film sagas such as The Lord of the Rings, which will premiere its own series, The Lord of the Rings: the Rings of Power, on 2 September available via Amazon Prime Video.
