What time does the 2025 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest?
The women’s competition generally begins at 10:45 am ET / 7:45 a.m. PT and can be viewed on ESPN3. The men’s competition typically starts at noon ET/ 9:00 am PT and can be viewed on ESPN2.
How much does the winner take home?
For both men and women, the winner receives $10,000, second place receives $5,000, and third place takes home $2,500.
Many are awaiting the return of Joey Chestnut, who has won the competition a staggering 16 times, but was barred from competing last year over rule violations related to a non-Nathan’s endorsement deal.
Chestnut is looking to regain his title, after losing it to Patrick Betoletti during last year’s debacle. In the women’s competition, Miki Sudo is back again this year to keep her title.
