This is the mega-gas station project at the most strategic point in the U.S.: 700 vehicles and thousands of shops in the middle of Florida
Covering an area of over 75,000 square feet, a major new service station is due to open in the U.S. next year.
A mega–service station is taking shape at a strategic crossroads in Florida - specifically at the intersection of I‑95, the major north–south interstate along the U.S. East Coast, and State Road 614, better known as Indrio Road.
This project, expected to be completed in 2027, is designed to serve the thousands of vehicles that pass through this junction every day. It will be a massive complex, spanning more than 75,000 square feet.
The site will offer far more than standard fuel service. In addition to 700 parking spaces, it will feature 120 gas pumps and up to 18 electric‑vehicle charging stations. Beyond that, the facility will house dining options and retail areas aimed at giving travelers a distinctly elevated experience.
When exactly will the service station open?
In terms of scale, the development will rival other oversized service stations across the country, such as the travel hub at Luling, Texas. U.S. media outlets point to September of next year as the tentative opening date for this major new construction.
The entire complex will carry the signature of Buc‑ee’s, the Texas‑based company renowned across the U.S. not only for its enormous gas stations but also for its convenience stores, which offer snacks, fresh food, home goods, apparel and a wide array of automotive products, among other items.
