Watch: Florida woman saves shark from fishing rope with her bare hands
Don’t miss this incredible video of a Florida woman bravely helping a shark who had become trapped in the ropes of her paddleboard.

Talk about keeping your cool under pressure.... A woman in Florida found that a shark had gotten tangled in the top of her paddleboard and bravely disengaged herself from the ocean predator.
Slowly and carefully, she unwraps the rope from the fins of the shark and then moves onto the main threat, the rope still held by the shark in its mouth.
Gently, she tells the shark to “let go,” and though the shark might not have understood the words, it did the sentiment, and after a brief frenzy, the shark releases its jaw and quickly swims away.
How Charity Clark kept her cool when faced with a shark
The woman at the center of the nerve-wrecking saga is Charity Clark, 43, who was out paddleboarding with a friend on March 26, in the Big Pine Key area near Key West.
Clark told Good News Network that instinct took over once she saw the state of the shark, adding that she “didn’t even think twice.”
“I saw this animal in distress and just knew I had to tell,” said Clark, who in the moment assumed that the shark was in some sort of immobilized state, limiting its threat to her while she tried to help.
