Since the second generation, friendship has been a recurring factor in Pokémon video games, including Pokémon Legends Arceus. The affinity between the Trainer and their Pokémon is fundamental to increase the probability of success, critical attacks or to get away from the opponent's withering moves. In the case of the video game based in the region of Hisui, what we should be concerned about friendship is basically to be able to evolve certain species, such as Eevee or Buneary. How to raise a Pokémon's friendship in Pokémon Legends Arceus

Thanks to various player findings and testings, it has been identified that the best way to raise a Pokémon's friendship in Pokémon Legends Arceus is by hitting mineral stones (+1). It should be noted that the friendship of a Pokémon can range from 0 to 255. It will be considered high friendship (suitable to evolve) when it is 160 or higher. These are the methods to increase friendship in Hisui:

Use a Pokémon to break mineral rocks to obtain resources (+1).
Use a Pokémon to shake a tree (+1).
Level up your Pokémon.
Win a battle.

How to check the Pokémon's friendship level in Hisui

To know the friendship level of a Pokémon in Pokémon Legends Arceus there is only one method.To do this, we must go to Jubilife Village and approach the area of the sheepfolds (as soon as you enter Jubilife Village on the left). A character, Belamy, will be happy to tell us the degree of friendship of any Pokémon we want.

This feature is unlocked after completing Quest #7 (The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods) and Request #28 (Measuring Your Compatibility).

Talk to Bellamy and select the Pokémon you want. Depending on what he tells you, the friendship will be higher or lower.

When he tells you it's good "but it can still be better" it's between 100 and 149.
When he tells you that "you must be great partners" it is between 150 and 199.
When he tells you the relationship is "excellent" it's between 200 and 254.
When he tells you it's at its maximum, it's at 255.
