Bryce Harper has MLB fans worried: The Phillies’ slugger is looking rough on social media
The Philadelphia Phillies star has apparently given fans cause for concern with his appearance in recent posts on social media. What gives?

The Phillies slugger has been on the tip of tongues recently but not because of what he’s done on the field but rather off of it. With many questioning his appearance, could it be that Bryce Harper has a problem?
Bryce Harper’s appearance has many wondering if he’s OK
Phillies star Bryce Harper has been raising eyebrows this offseason with several TikTok posts in which the star’s appearance has left many wondering whether he has a problem. As the app itself is now facing a shutdown, the two-time NL MVP has been somewhat more active on social media, sharing recipes, winter trips and even his college football picks. That said, what truly caught the attention of fans was the 32-year-old’s eyes during his posts. Indeed, many have commented on the situation as you can see below:
“Bryce Harper looks like he hasn’t slept since the Lindor Grand Slam,” a Mets writer commented. Another user was not so diplomatic, speaking to Harper’s health or potential lack thereof. “Obsessed with whatever the hell is going on with Bryce Harper’s eyes in all these videos,” the user said. “He looks insanely unwell.” There was also Korked Bats which humorously suggested that the Phillies’ man had undergone cosmetic surgery. “Did Bryce Harper go to his plastic surgeon and ask for Pete Davidson eyes?” the site said.
It didn’t stop there either as another fan asked about Harper’s eyes directly. “Why does Bryce Harper have panda eyes in his video?” they asked. “WTH.” Yet another addressed the topic as well. “Idk what’s going on with Bryce Harper eyes but sheesh.” There was also an appeal to the public from another fan. “Can we start a GoFundMe to get Bryce Harper some eye cream?” As for the cause, the jury is still out and Harper himself has not given comment.
Whatever the case, the Phillies start spring training in a little less than a month. That’s to say Harper has some time to deal with whatever it is he may or may not be going through before they start the season with a game on February 22nd game against the Detroit Tigers on Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Florida.
