The ex-Nets player is integral if the Sixers want to win against last year’s runner-ups. And things can only get worse for the Celtics. Joel Embiid is ready for game 2. The MVP hopeful can be the thing that puts the Sixers over the line here.

Not a bad game for Boston. Jayson Tatum had 39 points and 11 rebounds, rounding a good game for him. Unfortunately, beating the Sixers and Harden’s 45 points wasn’t enough. The defense has to step up and not allow such perimeter work.
