Anthony Davis leaves his Mavs debut with injury: how serious is it and when will he be back?
The new Mavericks player went down during his debut, adding to the woes of the fans.

Anthony Davis has added injury to insult for fans of the Dallas Mavericks after he left his debut game early with a physical issue.
Fan protests in front of the stadium were in the headlines prior to the game against the Houston Rockets, with the sensational trade of Luka Doncic to the LA Lakers causing huge unrest with the Texas faithful.
So when new signing Anthony Davis went down with what looked like a non-contact groin injury during the third quarter of the game, the angry murmurs turned to stone cold silence.
Until that point, Davis had shone, scoring 26 points and managing 16 rebounds as well as 7 assists. However, his night was cut short and did not return for the final quarter. The Mavs then officially listed Anthony Davis with a lower body injury.
