NBA | DRAFT 2023
NBA Draft Lottery 2023: Here are the probability percentages for each team to secure the No. 1 pick.
The NBA draft lottery will occur tonight to determine which team franchise will receive the first overall pick. Objective: Wembanyama.
The draft lottery is scheduled for tonight at 8 p.m. ET and holds significant importance in 2023. The team that secures the number one pick will have the first chance to select Victor Wembanyama, a highly-touted player in the NBA, during the rookie draft on June 22 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Many believe Wembanyama has the potential to become a generational talent in the league.
The top four spots are determined in the lottery, and the remaining picks are awarded based on the team’s final regular season ranking in inverse proportion. The teams that did not enter the playoffs are given priority picks from worst to best, followed by those that played in the playoffs until the 30 first-round elections are complete.
Here are the percentage chances for the fourteen teams participating in tonight’s lottery. They can win the number one pick or one of the four picks awarded by the draw balls.
