17th NFL Draft pick Christian Gonzalez shows off the special secret in his “little white suit”
The cornerback had promised a surprise inside his little white suit and he didn’t disappoint as he came out on stage at the Draft.

Christian Gonzalez had promised the “little white suit” he had prepped for the 2023 NFL Draft had a little secret on the inside.
And when the cornerback was picked 17th by the New England Patriots, we finally got to see what it was: the entire lining of the suit was a Colombian flag.

Gonzalez’s Colombian roots
The new Patriot player hails from a Colombian family, though he was born in Carrolton, Texas and grew up in The Colony, Texas.
He started college at Colorado before moving to Oregon for 2022.
His big sister is Colombian-American hurdler Melissa Gonzalez, who is married to David Blough quarterback, currently with the Cardinals.
