The NFL’s Week 15 kicks off on Thursday night when the 49ers and Seahawks square up for an NFC West toe-to-toe that could have overall playoff implications.

The 49ers could clinch the NFC West with a win, while Seattle could climb back into the playoff picture with their own victory.

As we see every week, injuries continue to make headlines in Week 15.

49ers injury report

San Francisco already said they wouldn’t know Brock Purdy’s status until game day. So it’s no surprise that the 49ers list the quarterback as questionable with his oblique/rib injury ahead of Thursday Night Football.

Purdy had another limited practice Wednesday, the third day in a row he’s had that practice designation this week.

If Purdy can’t make it, Josh Johnson will start.

San Francisco ruled out quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (foot), defensive lineman Kevin Givens (knee), defensive back Tarvarius Moore (knee), defensive lineman Hassan Ridgeway (pectoral), receiver Deebo Samuel (ankle, knee), and cornerback Samuel Womack (concussion)

Defensive lineman Kerry Hyder (ankle) and cornerback Ambry Thomas (ankle) are questionable to play against the Seahawks.

Seahawks injury report

The Seahawks don’t have any players listed as out, but a few questionable ones for Thursday’s contest:

  • RB DeeJay Dallas (ankle, did not participate)
  • NT Al Woods (Achilles, did not participate)
  • S Ryan Neal (knee, did not participate)
  • S Joey Blount (back, limited participation)
  • CB Tre Brown (illness, did not participate)
